A $20 deposit is required to secure your initial appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be applied toward the late cancellation fee.

We strictly adhere to this policy out of respect for both the psychologists’ time and the availability of appointments for other clients.

$240 is the fee for a standard 50-minute session. With a valid Medicare referral, the out-of-pocket cost is $143.35.
All fees are paid upfront at the time of booking or on the day of your session. If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate (with a valid referral and Mental Health Care Plan), the rebate will be processed by the psychologist after your session. The rebate is then deposited into your nominated bank account by Medicare, usually within 1–3 business days.
